Personal Information: Name, business email, phone number, job title, company name, and billing details provided during onboarding, support tickets, or portal registration.
Technical Data: IP addresses, device information, browser type, login timestamps, and system logs from managed endpoints, networks, and cloud environments.
Service Data: Configuration files, security logs, backup metadata, performance metrics, and support transcripts generated during IT management.
Communication Data: Contents of emails, SMS, and portal messages related to service updates, 2FA codes, or technician support.

2. How We Use Your Information
Deliver, monitor, and improve managed IT services (e.g., remote monitoring, patching, helpdesk support).
Send transactional alerts: maintenance windows, security incidents, invoice reminders, and 2FA verification codes.  - Facilitate secure two-way communication between assigned technicians and client contacts.  - Comply with legal obligations, audits, and industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2, NIST).  - Generate anonymized analytics to enhance service reliability and threat detection.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure
Service Providers:** Trusted subcontractors (e.g., RMM tools, cloud backup vendors, PSA platforms) bound by NDAs and data processing agreements.  - **Legal Requirements:** When required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our clients and team.  - **Business Transfers:** In the event of merger, acquisition, or asset sale, client data may be transferred under equivalent protections.  - We **do not sell** personal information to third parties.**

4. Data Security**  We implement industry-standard controls: AES-256 encryption in transit and at rest, multi-factor authentication, role-based access, regular penetration testing, and employee background checks. Access to client systems is logged, audited, and limited to least-privilege principles.**

5. Data Retention**  Personal and service data is retained only as long as necessary for service delivery, contractual obligations, or legal requirements. Support tickets are archived for 7 years; backup metadata follows client-defined policies.**

Your Rights & Choices**  - **Access & Correction:** Request a copy or update of your data via privacy@netrun.com.  - **Deletion:** Request removal of personal data (subject to legal or backup retention).  - **SMS Opt-Out:** Reply **STOP** to any message. Confirmation sent instantly.  - **HELP Keyword:** Reply **HELP** for support contact and opt-out instructions.**

7. Children's Privacy**  Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.**

8. International Data Transfers**  Data may be processed in the United States or other countries with adequate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).**
